1. They Have A Morning Routine

I think the morning is the most productive time of the day.
Because in the morning you:
- have more energy;
- are not getting distracted;
- have more time for yourself;
- start to experience that state named, flow.
2. They Claim They’re Role Model

You have multiple roles during the day, as a spouse, as a friend, CEO, or as a volunteer.
Claim your role, and act accordingly.
3. They Are Proactive

As basic as sound like, you know that being proactive is much better than waiting passively things to happen.
4. They Set Clear Goals

You know that a life without goals is like going on a trip and end up nowhere.
Set for yourself clear goals.
Look at them, feel them and enjoy the process achieving those goals.
5. They Exercise

Honestly, I am gonna die someday, even with exercise or without exercise.
The real reason I love exercise is to experience more life in my life. Sound crazy, isn’t it?
To have more energy, to move faster, to be stronger and ultimately to be relentless.
This is my goal, and this should be yours too.
5. They Get Quality Sleep

If you want to get a quality sleep, follow the Arianna Huffington rules:
- Sleep is a fundamental and non-negotiable human need;
- Exhaustion is a sign of chaos, not a badge of honor;
- A bedroom should be an oasis: a beautiful escape from the day;
- Usher your mobile out of the bedroom before you go to bed;
- When you walk through your bedroom door, leave unfinished business behind.
6. They Practice Gratitude

Because gratitude is important to appreciate the things that you already have, even as food, shelter or even a family.
7. They Learn Every Day

Daily habits are hard to maintain, even if are small ones.
Habits, as you know, require work, persistence, and sacrifice. You know that, but at the end of your day I can hear you saying, ” I’ve crushed it”!
